Payment Agency Service

Overview

The Payment Agency Service is a fund settlement service where ABC, under your instructions, transfers amounts payable by you from your bank account to the account of the payee at designated time.

Benefits

We act as your agent to pay utility fees and other charges incurred in your daily life, and provide service in a time-saving, convenient and quick manner with fund settlement in time. Our service mainly covers the following fees and charges:

1. Telecom fees and charges;

2. Property management service fees and charges;

3. Social security premium;
4. Taxes;

5. Traffic-related fees and charges;
6. Administrative and public institution charges;

7. Press subscription fees;
8. Others.

Procedures

1. Withholding by ABC

The payee enters into the collection agency service agreement and opens a deposit account with ABC.

The customer opens an account to receive a bank card or a demand deposit passbook, and enters into a payment agency service agreement with us.

After verifying the charge data provided by the payeewe will transfer the corresponding amount of money from your account to the payee's account.

2. Payment by the customer

The payee enters into the collection agency service agreement and opens a deposit account with ABC.

 The customer makes payments periodically at our counter or through electronic channels or self-service terminals.

FAQs

1. Which outlets provide payment agency service?

All of our outlets provide this service.

2. Will payments be made if the payee-provided card number is inconsistent with the card number I provide when entering into the service agreement?

We will check the payer's name (or identity certificate number) and card (passbook) account details provided by the payee according to our database. Payment will not be made if any inconsistency is found.

3. What if taxes are withheld more than payable?

When providing payment agency service, we are only responsible for specific collections and payments. We are not liable for any financial disputes between the payer and the payee. If you disagree with the amount of taxes withheld, please contact relevant authorities for explanation and reply.

Tips

1. Please maintain sufficient funds in your bank card or demand deposit passbook account. If the balance of your account is insufficient to cover amounts payable, the payee may charge late payment fees.

2. Please carefully read our business charter when applying or making appointments for payment agency service. You should deposit the amount payable in your card or account on or before the date of payment. We shall not be liable for any failed payment due to problems not on our behalf.
