SMS Banking

Overview
SMS Banking is a comprehensive interactive financial service offered by ABC through short message, email, and fax. There are two types of SMS banking services: the first type is ABC sends messages to customers informing them of account changes, financial information update and product information; and the second type is customers send messages making financial inquiries, account information inquiries, and financial transaction requests to ABC. SMS banking services keep the customers readily informed of account changes, update them on the latest information, and provide them with considerate services.

Corporate customers and personal customers of ABC.

Features
Easy to apply and access. Corporate customers and personal customers that have opened accounts with ABC may have access to all the SMS banking services by binding their mobile phone numbers. Personal customers may have several registered accounts bound to the same mobile phone number and corporate customers may have several mobile numbers bound to the same registered account.
Diversified and convenient functions. The customers that have signed up for SMS banking services will receive messages informing them of account changes and can send short messages through their mobile phone for account inquiries, loan inquiries, payments, borrowing, and repayment of petty loans to farmer households.
24-hour services and timely response.

Procedures
Currently, there are two ways to apply for SMS banking services: registered online customers may log on to the online banking system to submit their application; and all customers may submit their applications at local branches.

The customers may register for SMS banking service at local branches with their ID certificates and bank cards or deposit receipts.

How to use SMS banking?

Tips
According to the Charging Standard of ABC for E-banking Services, the customers shall pay for any services rendered.
In the event of changing mobile phone number and email address, an ABC customer must make the corresponding changes to their registered information at the ABC branches or through the online banking system.
Please make sure that the correct transaction codes (case insensitive) are entered for sending requests through a mobile phone. Different parts in the transaction requests must be separated by the "#" mark.
Our current SMS service numbers are 10657100395599 and 95599 (China Mobile) and 1069095599 (China Unicom and China Telecom); our customer shall verify the sources of the messages received. If there are any questions, please immediately call our customer service number 95599.
