Overview
The Kins Tongbao Personal Classic Card is a general debit card issued by ABC to provide such services as cash deposit and withdrawal, transfer and settlement, consumption and wealth management. It features online processing and real-time crediting. Overdraft is not permitted. Supplementary cards may be issued upon request.

1. Kins Tongbao personal classic cards provide basic functions including cash deposit and withdrawal, transfer and settlement, consumption and inquiry as well as payment or collection agency.
2. Kins Tongbao personal classic cards also provide wealth management functions, such as account management, investment management and intermediary services.
Procedures
Fill out the Personal Settlement Account Application Form, and submit the completed form to your local branch of ABC together with your valid identity certificate.
FAQs
1. Can Kins debit cards be overdrawn?
Debit cards cannot be overdrawn.
2. What fees are charged on Kins debit cards?
Except for special discounts, an RMB10 annual fee is charged on each Kins debit card. If the average daily balance of the card in a quarter is less than the local minimum requirement, an RMB3 small-amount account management fee will be charged for that quarter. An RMB5 cost will be collected for issuance or re-issuance of a card. In the case of inter-bank or inter-city cash deposit or withdrawal or transfer, fees will be charged at rates prescribed by ABC.
