After receiving the card

 

Please check carefully
English title. MR is for male, and MS is for female.
Chinese name in Pinyin. The spelling must be identical to the name on your identity certificate.
Valid through. This is in the format of MM/YY.
For example, 08/05 refers to August 31, 2005.
Check whether the card is damaged in any way.
Please call our customer service hotline for any questions and concerns.
 
Please sign your name in time
After checking the above information and there are no problems, please immediately sign your name on signature stripe on the back of the card. The signature shall:
  be identical with the name on your identity certificate;
  Have the same handwriting as that on the application form.
  You shall use this handwriting when paying for goods or services with the card.
 
Please activate your card
You need to activate the card before use. Please read carefully the Card Guide and activate the card according to its procedures.
 
Please properly maintain your card
  DO NOT place your card with hard items or close to strong magnetic fields.
  DO NOT bend or distort you card.
  Keep the signature and card check number on the signature stripe clear.
 
Please avoid information revealing
For your account safety, DO NOT reveal your card information.
  DO NOT place your card, ID Card, and password together;
  DO NOT write your password on the card;
  DO NOT lend your card to any other person;
  DO NOT reveal the card number, valid through, card check number, and other important information to others.
 
When the card is damaged
In case of any damage to your card, please visit our outlets to apply for a replacement by presenting your valid identity certificate or call our 24-hour service hotline 800-819-5599 or 021-61195599. The damaged card shall be returned to ABC. We will mail or send the new card to you as soon as possible, and the cost will be deducted from your account automatically.
 
When the card expires
We shall contact you two months prior to the expiration date of your card. If you do not wish to use the card any longer, please inform us one month prior to the expiration date of the card in writing. Otherwise, we shall send or mail you the new card before the expiration date.
 
When the card is lost
In case of loss or theft of your card, please call our customer service hotline, send a short message to 13585858919, or send an e-mail to guashi@abchina.com to report the loss. The loss reporting will take effect immediately after confirmation, and the commission will be deducted automatically from your account. ABC will bear any economic losses if your card is used by any other person after the loss is reported, and will mail you the new card as soon as possible (The loss reporting cannot be cancelled).
 
Express service
If you want to receive the new card in the shortest possible time, you are advised to apply for express service. We shall send you the card via EMS, and an additional fee of RMB20 will be deducted automatically from your account for express service.
