Purchases
1. Sign to confirm
When purchasing with the Kins credit card, you are advised to check carefully the card number and amount on the receipt before signing it.
For your account safety, the merchant staff may check your identity certificate.

2. Keep the receipt
After paying with the Kins credit card, you are advised to ask for and to properly keep the receipt until the transaction is correctly recorded into your account. We suggest you keep the receipt for at least half a year in case of any disputes of purchases under your Kins credit card.

3. Procedures for goods return
If you find the goods purchased with the credit card to be unsatisfactory and want to return them for a refund, you need to notify the merchant of the problem and then present the merchandise to the merchant as well as your credit card and receipt. The merchant will not refund cash to you, but ABC will return the payment to your credit card account provided the merchant agrees to re-accept the merchandise.
The following factors may result in the failure of your transaction with credit card:
(1) The purchase price exceeds your available limit, in which case, you can use the card only after repayment, or you may call our customer service hotline to inquire as to the card status and make a request to temporarily raise the credit limit.
(2) The POS terminal breaks down or the communication line is busy, in which case, you can consult with the merchant to put through the transaction based on a manual authorization.
(3) The magnetic stripe on the back of the card is demagnetized or damaged, in which case, please apply for a replacement card at our outlets.

Withdrawal
1. Withdrawal includes a cash advance and withdrawal of excess repayment.
(1) Cash advance is a type of small-amount cash loan provided by ABC, with a limit depending on your credit card use and no more than 30% of your credit limit. Both domestic and overseas cash advance have no grace period, and an interest and commission shall be charged.
(2) Withdrawal of excess repayment refers to the withdrawal or transfer of your deposit or excess repayment in the card. Commission will be charged for the withdrawal of excess repayment, with the same rate as that for cash advance (see Appendix I for detailed commission rate).
(3) Methods of withdrawal
A. ATM. You can withdraw RMB cash at ATMs of ABC or other ATMs with the UnionPay logo in China and withdraw cash in local currency at ATMs with the logo of VISA, MasterCard or UnionPay abroad.
B. Bank counter. In China, you may withdraw RMB cash with your credit card and payment password at outlets of ABC. While abroad, you may withdraw cash in local currency with your valid identity certificate and credit card at certain counters of banks with the logo of VISA or MasterCard.

Tips:
If your card is taken by the ATM or the withdrawn amount does not accord with the amount you enter, please take your valid identity certificate and receipt printed by the ATM to the bank that the ATM belongs to (as indicated on the ATM), or call our customer service hotline 800-819-5599 or 021-61195599 for help.

Tips for Credit Card Use Abroad
Safety
During your stay abroad, you are advised to maintain the credit card and the password separately. Furthermore, you are advised to record your card number elsewhere to facilitate loss reporting in case of loss or theft. When using your card abroad, especially in Southeast Asia, please make sure the card is in your view and pay special attention to the cashier to avoid unauthorized transactions in your account.

Consumption
Cashiers in some countries or regions may request you to present your valid identity certificate for your transactions. To ensure smooth payment with credit card, please take along your identity certificate (such as a passport) for verification purposes.
ABC will charge an international settlement fee for your payments abroad according to the relevant regulations of the international organization.

Loss Reporting
In case of losing card abroad, you can report the loss or theft in the following ways:
You can call our customer service hotline to report the loss or theft, and the fee for loss or theft reporting will be automatically deducted from your account. As this loss or theft reporting method generates a lower commission than that for the following method, and the two methods have the same effect, we suggest you select this method.
You can also call the overseas emergency hotline of MasterCard or VISA (see Appendix II) according to the logo on your card to report the loss or theft. The commission for overseas emergency loss or theft reporting will be automatically deducted from your account.

Emergency Cash Advance
If your card is damaged or lost or stolen (a loss or theft shall be reported first) during your stay abroad, and you need to withdraw cash, you can call the overseas emergency hotline to apply for emergency cash withdrawal. The commission for overseas cash advance and fees for overseas emergency cash withdrawal will be automatically deducted from your account.

Emergency Replacement
If your card is damaged or lost or stolen (loss or theft shall be reported first) during your stay abroad, and you want to apply for replacement in a local place, you can call the overseas emergency hotline to apply for an emergency card replacement. The commission for overseas emergency replacement will be automatically deducted from your account. The new card is valid for a short period, thus is only a temporary replacement card. You must apply for a replacement or a new card at our outlets after your return to China.
