1. Help customers set up the intermediary service team as the arranger: negotiate with intermediaries on behalf of customers to minimize costs; provide entire-process planning for issuance of asset securitization products; organize and oversee the work of the intermediary service team to ensure high efficiency and quality; make comprehensive planning for credit enhancement and provide expertise to facilitate their credit upgrades; and coordinate with relevant authorities.
2. Offer supporting services: provide guarantee or project loan as long as relevant conditions are met; and help customers liaise with institutional investors.
