Overview
The Loan with Custody of Export Rebates Account is a short-term working capital loan offered to exporters based on the custody of export rebates accounts. Taking the rebates receivables as the security for the repayment, this loan enables exporters to overcome the short-term shortage of funds due to tax rebates not received timely.

It enables exporters to satisfy the short-term demand for working capital as a result of export tax rebates not received timely.
Procedures
1. The applicant applies to ABC in writing.
2. The applicant is required to submit the following documents:
· The Letter of Commitment on the Special Account for Export Rebates
· The Notice on (the Opening of) the Special Account for Export Rebates as affirmed by the state tax authorities
· The Certificate of Export Rebates Receivable of Exporters issued by the state tax authorities to confirm the amount of export rebates receivable
· Export documents of the exporter
