As a new application combining computer network technologies and modern communication technologies, 95599 telephone incorporates automatic voice service and manual service to provide such functions as account inquiry, loss report, transfer, investment and wealth management, information inquiry, account management, business transaction, consulting, complaint handling and product marketing. It offers you 7x24-hour financial services anytime and anywhere in a convenient, secure, efficient and human-oriented manner.

With a reasonable contracting mechanism and a secure and effective password system, 95599 telephone banking provides you with secure and efficient banking services.
95599 telephone banking offers human-oriented services on a comprehensive basis and enables quick access to superior banking services anytime, anywhere in any manner.

Procedures
Personal customers shall take the original copy of their valid ID certificates and the original copy of the relevant account vouchers (cards and passbooks) to any outlet of ABC, fill in the application form and service agreement, designate the contracted accounts and functions, obtain the contracted customer number and set the electronic banking password to become contracted telephone banking customers.
Notice for contracted personal customers: our telephone banking offers you the service of telephone number binding; the security of transfers through telephone banking may get enhanced after the binding.
Telephone number binding: personal customers may select the telephone number to call 95599 for telephone banking service (no more than three numbers); and only the designated telephone numbers can be used to make transfers after the registration is completed.
Currently, the customers in Shanghai, Sihcuan, Ningxia, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Beijing, Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Gansu, Qinghai, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Hainan, Tianjin, Chongqing, Dalian, Qingdao, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Tibet may sign up for personal telephone banking service according to the procedures. The customers in other regions may inquire at the local outlets of ABC or call 95599 for information from the local customer centers.

Tips
Currently, our customers of the above-mentioned branches may have access to the telephone banking system through the voice service of 95599 telephone banking prescribed on the website of ABC. While the customers of other branches may have access to the telephone banking system through the voice service of the local outlets of ABC.
