Your Statement

The details of transactions and amounts in RMB and USD are listed respectively in each statement. Please repay in accordance with the statement.

A. Column for Current Repayment
1. Repayment due date
This is the day on or before which you should repay the total amount due, generally the 25th day following the billing date.
2. New balance
This shows your account balance as of the billing date. A positive number indicates the amount of your deposit, while a negative number indicates your total amount due. Please repay as soon as possible.
3. Minimum payment
This is the minimum amount due when you use revolving credit, typically no less than 10% of the total amount due. A late payment penalty of 5% of the outstanding amount of the minimum payment will be charged if you fail to pay the minimum payment in full. If the minimum payment for a statement cycle is less than RMB5 (or USD1), RMB5 (or USD1) will be charged. Note: If you select to make the minimum payment, the balance will have no grace period.
Tips: Cash withdrawal on the credit card and its commission shall be fully included in the minimum payment. If your total amount due is RMB100 and the cash withdrawn totals RMB100, the minimum payment shall be 100×10%+100×100%=RMB110.

B. Column for Account Balance
Account balance ("-" for balance due) = Previous balance- New Charge + Payments

C. Column for Transaction Details
Transactions within the current statement cycle (from the previous billing date to the current billing date) are listed in detail for your reference.

D. Column for Bonus Points
This shows the bonus points for your credit card. One point is granted for each purchase of each RMB1 and 8 points for each USD1 (excluding wholesale, real estate, cars and other large-amount purchases, see the Terms and Conditions on Kins Credit Card Bonus Point Reward for details). We will announce gift redemption information via SMS, our website, and other channels. Please visit them regularly for the latest promotions.

E. Column for Tips
Special and important information included here.

Mailing Cycle
When transactions occur in your account, we shall mail the statement to the address you specify on the billing date (see the letter accompanying the credit card sent to you for the billing date). If you have not received the statement ten days after the billing date, please call our customer service hotline to send another statement or inquire via online banking.
Tips: Any amount due after repayment of no more than RMB10 (or USD1) is not considered in arrears, but a corresponding interest will be charged. 

Change of Mailing Address
If your mailing address changes due to a new residence or job, please call our customer service hotline to update your mailing address.
Tips: The statement includes important information of your account in the current cycle. Please maintain this record properly. Any losses arising from the loss of the statement or delay in receipt resulting from your action or inaction shall be borne by you. If your statement is returned from the post office three consecutive times, we will stop payment on your card.  Under this circumstance, you may call our customer service hotline 800-819-5599 or 021-61195599 to resolve the situation.

Statement Re-mailing
In case of a statement loss, you can call our customer service hotline for re-mailing. We will re-mail statements for the three most recent cycles to you free of charge. However, a fee of RMB5 per statement will be charged for re-mailing statements from before the three most recent cycles, and this fee will be automatically deducted from your account.

Accounts Check
You shall check the statement as soon as possible after you receive it. If there are any doubts about any of the transactions, you must inquire or request alteration by calling our customer service hotline within 30 days upon the receipt of the statement receipt. ABC will verify or otherwise investigate it according to your requirements. If necessary, you can apply for receiving the original consumer document. If the consumer document indicates that the purchase was indeed made by you and the amount is accurate, you will need to pay ABC the document retrieval fee for the transaction dispute.

Tip: However, for any inquiries or requests of doubtful transactions made more than 30-day period after receipt of the statement, the sole obligation of ABC is to assist you in solving the problem.
