1. Please protect your account number and password; do not disclose your account information to anyone at any time; never disclose your account or password information through email, SMS or chat software; if you feel your account information may be disclosed, please change your password through the counter, telephone banking, self-service banking and online banking timely.
2. Please keep your password secret and hard to guess; do not use your birthday, QQ number, ID number, mobile phone number, account number or regular numbers as your account payment password and e-banking password; avoid using the same password for account payment and e-Banking.
3. Please do not write down or store your account password, e-banking password and dynamic password card information in computer.
4. Please do not use telephone banking through public phones or phones from other people and remember to erase all the traces after using the telephone banking system through your mobile phone or telephone.
5. Please set a limit for the outward transfer of your telephone banking.
6. Please bind the telephone banking with a designated phone when appropriate.
7. Please use the dynamic password card and other security protection facilities.
