With the approval of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Agricultural Bank of China is restructured in its entirety (hereinafter referred to as "the Restructuring") into AGRICULTURAL BANK OF CHINA LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "ABC"), and is legally inaugurated on January 15th, 2009.
Upon the inauguration, Agricultural Bank of China Limited shall fully assume its previous assets, liabilities and business, and continue to engage in the business within its original business scope and the business approved/permitted by its business license and other business permits. Its preceding business establishments, trademark, internet domain name and telephone number for inquiry services shall remain unchanged and continue to be used by Agricultural Bank of China Limited. All ABC's business shall run as usual. There is no need for the clients to modify their formalities with the Bank because of the Restructuring.
