The Board of Supervisors of our Bank consists of eight supervisors, of whom two are supervisors representing shareholders, namely Mr. Wang Jingdong and Ms.Deng Lijuan, three are supervisors representing employees, namely Mr. Wu Gang, Mr.Huang Tao and Mr.Wang Xuejun,and three external supervisor, namely Ms. Liu Hongxia , Mr. XU Xianglin and Mr. WangXixin . Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of our Bank is Mr. Wang Jingdong.
