I. Standard Version
1. The customer has a corporate settlement account with ABC.
2. The customer, when applying for corporate online banking registration, should submit the following materials to the opening bank of their accounts to be registered:
(1) The Application Form for E-Banking Service of ABC (Corporate) affixed with the authorized seal of the account to be registered and corporate seal, signed and sealed by the legal representative (or authorized proxy);
(2) The original and certified copy of Organization Code Certificate orthe original and certified copy of valid identity certificate offered for the opening of settlement account if the customer has noorganization code certificate;
(3) The copy of valid identity certificate of the legal representative as well as the original and copy of the valid identity certificate of authorized representative, administrator and operator of corporate online banking;
(4) The power of attorney of the legal person (unnecessary if the legal representative handle it in person);
(5) The customer who handles the corporate online banking registration for the first time should also sign the E-Banking Service Agreement of ABC (Corporate) with ABC in duplicate.
II. Popularized Version
1. The customer can activate the corresponding Popularized Version without any additional application materials when applying for the Standard Version.
2. The customer who only wants to open the Popularized Version should submit the following materials to the opening bank of their accounts to be registered:
(1) The Application Form for E-Banking Service of ABC (Corporate) affixed with the authorized seal of the account to be registered and corporate seal, signed and sealed by the legal representative (or authorized proxy);
(2) The original and certified copy of Organization Code Certificate orthe original and certified copy of valid identity certificate offered for the opening of settlement account if the customer has noorganization code certificate;
(3) The copy of valid identity certificate of the legal representative as well as the original and copy of the valid identity certificate of authorized representative and an operator of corporate online banking;
(4) The power of attorney of the legal person (unnecessary if the legal representative handle it in person);
(5) The customer who handles the corporate online banking registration for the first time should also sign the E-Banking Service Agreement of ABC (Corporate) with ABC in duplicate.
