Personal Online Banking Logon

Only the registered personal online banking customer can log on to the system and have access to all the functions of personal online banking. For USB-KEY certificate customers, please insert USB-KEY into the USB interface; for IE certificate (the dynamic password card bound) customers, please confirm that the online banking certificate is installed in the browser.

Username Logon

The customer is required to complete an online registration to obtain the username and password to log on to the system. Our customer may have access to the account with a debit card or quasi-credit card and to such functions as account management, account balance inquiry, account detail inquiry, online loss reporting, and collection of roaming remittance.

Card Number Logon

Our customers may have access to the account with debit card or quasi-credit card by entering the inquiry password and to such functions as account balance inquiry and account detail inquiry after logging on to the system.
