Overview
The Bank-lease Express is a type of special financing service provided by ABC where leasing companies are funded to purchase assets for leasing and repay the loan with the rents from tenants, or where ABC purchases the rents receivable from leasing companies and then directly collects rents from tenants.
Features
There are two types of Bank-lease Express services: the Bank-lease Express – Loans and the Bank-lease Express – Factoring.
Under the Bank-lease Express – Loan, ABC grants loans to leasing companies and enables them to purchase assets for leasing and to repay loans with the rents paid by tenants.
Under the Bank-lease Express – Factoring, ABC purchases the rents receivable from leasing companies and then collects rents from tenants. ABC reserves or does not reserve the recourse against leasing companies.
